Before you decide on buying the best mc businesses in GTA Online, You first need to purchase a Clubhouse. You can purchase one on the Maze Bank Foreclosures Site on your in-game phone.
I personally have the one in the Grand senora location(Great Chaparral Clubhouse) in Sandy shores because that is where I have most of my MC Businesses and it is also the cheapest($200,000). Besides you only need the clubhouse to purchase the businesses and nothing else.
To Purchase an MC Business you can go to the laptop in your MC Clubhouse office.
What are the Best MC Businesses in GTA Online?
The best MC Businesses in GTA online are:
- Cocaine Lockups
- Methamphetamine Labs
- Counterfeit Cash Factories
- Weed Farms
- Document Forgery Offices
This list is structured based on the return on investment from the business(profits the businesses generate per hour).
Cocaine Lockups
This is by far the best MC Business in GTA Online. You can expect to make roughly $74,000 profit per hour using a fully upgraded cocaine lockup or $30,000 if the lockup is not fully upgraded. I personally have the Alamo Sea Cocaine lockup which has netted me $11 million dollars in just 55 sales.
Purchase Price: $975,000.
Staff Upgrage: $390,000
Security Upgrade: $570,000
Equipment Upgrade: $935,000
I suggest you start by purchasing the locker and only the staff and equipment upgrades for a start as this would help in the processing of your stock. The Security Upgrades help in lengthening the raid time but definitely do not prevent raids and as a result, I think it is not a must when you are starting out.
A fully upgraded Cocaine Lockup could cost $2,870,000 and would require 39 hours to break even.
Meth Lab Business
This is the second-best MC Business based on the return on investment(profits per hour). It is a bit more pricey as compared to the Cocaine lockup but the returns are almost close to the Cocaine lockup’s earnings.
With this business, you can expect to make $51,500 per hour with a fully upgraded lab or $21,000 with a lab with no upgrades. With a full lab, you can expect to make $357,000 per sale.
I personally have the Grand Senora Desert Meth Lab which is the one I personally would recommend to anyone.
With just 19 sales, I was able to earn close to $5 million. When it comes to upgrades, this is the most expensive business to upgrade.
Purchase Price: $910,000.
Staff Upgrage: $331,500
Security Upgrade: $513,000
Equipment Upgrade: $1,100,000
For this business, I would suggest you upgrade it one step at a time, you can start with staff upgrades to shorten the time each batch is created, then the equipment upgrades which allow you to hold more stock once it is created. Similar to the Cocaine Lockup, I would not recommend installing security upgrades when starting.
A fully upgraded Meth lab could cost $2,854,500 and would require 55 hours to break even.
Counterfeit Cash Factory
The third best MC Business in GTA Online. The Factory will yield $48,000 in profit per hour with a fully upgraded factory or $22,500 with no upgrades. A full factory could net $294,000(with upgrades) or $210,000(without upgrades) per sale.
I personally have the factory in the Grand Senora desert area on sandy shores.
In 28 sale missions, I was able to get close to $6 million in earnings.
Purchase Price: $845,000.
Staff Upgrage: $273,000
Security Upgrade: $456,000
Equipment Upgrade: $880,000
This business is probably the cheapest to upgrade compared to the others I have mentioned.
A fully upgraded Counterfeit Cash Factory could cost $2,454,000 and would require 51 hours to break even
Weed Farms
The fourth best MC Business is the weed farm business. You can expect to make $41,500 per hour with upgrades or $19,500 per hour without upgrades. A full farm could net $252,000 with upgrades or $180,000 without upgrades per sale. Personally, I don’t have a weed farm business in GTA online simply because I don’t see it as a good return on investment.
I would not recommend this business to anyone simply because, for the return you get, it is simply not worth the grind.
If you still want to purchase a weed farm, I would recommend the one in downtown vinewood because it is closer to the city as compared to the others.
Purchase Price: $1,358,000.
Staff Upgrage: $273,000
Security Upgrade: $313,500
Equipment Upgrade: $990,000
For a fully upgraded weed farm, you are looking at a cost of $2,934,500 which is not a good investment in my opinion. It would require 71 hours to break even which is rather tough.
Document Forgery Business
This is by far the worst MC Business in GTA Online. The profits are abysmal in regards to the investment put in. The business makes $38,500 per hour with upgrades and $16,000 per hour without upgrades. A full office could net $126,000(with upgrades) or $90,000(without upgrades). I don’t know about you, but for me personally, I wouldn’t waste time and money running that business at all.
Same as the weed farm business, I would not recommend this business to anyone as the return is definitely not worth the grind.
If you want to get a document forgery office(just for the culture), I would recommend getting the one in Textile City just because it is closer to the city compared to the others.
Purchase Price: $1,235,000.
Staff Upgrage: $195,000
Security Upgrade: $285,000
Equipment Upgrade: $550,000
A fully upgraded Document Forgery Office would require $2,265,000 as the cost and if you consider you are only getting $38,500 per hour, then you would need close to 59 hours just to break even which is definitely not wise.
