Arcades are properties that were introduced to GTA Online in The Diamond Casino Heist update. Possibly the best heist in the game, The Diamond Casino Heist is accessible to players who have an arcade. These retro arcades are a front for the heist, therefore are worth buying. You’ll probably need to talk to Lester first at Mirror Park before you purchase one if you haven’t. At least you won’t have to get the, “I’m getting antsy. U wanna do this Casino job or not?! If you do get yourself…” text from Lester after getting yourself one of the arcades 😂😂.
Apart from the passive income (Arcade Safe about 100k when at capacity), the Arcade has some fun arcade games which you can play with your friends and some pretty neat upgrades; the Master Control Terminal & the Drone Station.
Arcade Locations & Cost
There’s a total of 6 Arcades in the game:
- Eight-Bit (in Vinewood) – $2,530,000
- Videogeddon (in La Mesa) – $1,875,000
- Warehouse (in Davis) – $2,135,000
- Insert Coin (in Rockford Hills) – $2,345,000
- Wonderama (in Grapeseed) – $1,565,000
- Pixel Pete’s (in Paleto Bay) – $1,235,000
The Videogeddon & the Eight-Bit Arcades are probably the best options due to their proximity to the Diamond Casino & Resort (Videogeddon is closest, Eight-Bit is expensive though). Eight-Bit is more ‘central’ when it comes to the setup missions for the heist.
The Diamond Casino Heist
The heist is accessible to players with arcades or if you have friends who arcades and they invite you for the setup missions and the heist. The Arcade owner has to register as CEO, VIP or MC President to start the heist. The heist can be done with just two players, meaning there can be a larger payout when split between the two players. You do have to be skilled and experienced in the heist so as to maximize the take when you’re doing the heist with just one other player.
Players can purchase some Diamond Casino props like the Door Security Keypad, similar to the one you’ll have to hack in the actual heist, to help them prepare for the heist.
Arcade Upgrades
Master Control Terminal
Going for $1,740,000, this upgrade allows players to access all their businesses from one place. That’s right all your MC, bunker, nightclub, hangar, office… businesses accessible from one terminal. Pretty cool huh? This means that you won’t have to go to each MC business or to your bunker to start resupply missions.
Drone Station
This upgrade goes for $1,460,000. It allows players to fly drones around Los Santos. The drones are similar to the ones from the Terrorbyte.

Arcade Gallery
Rockstar Games did an amazing job with GTA Online Arcades. Not to mention the one of the most incredible heists in the game. The Arcade is a must have property in this game if you want to replay the Casino Heist (lots of fun & really good payouts) or if you just want to bring back the good times with retro arcade games.
